A timely post when i read the tag board asking about job prospects and uni advancement. I just brought a bunch of year 3s to NUS - school of computing. Apparently, a couple of our units would be exempted... woo hoo...
I asked some students where they would like to go, the answers varies coz our course is rather diversified thus opening a number of doors when the folks graduate. Closely related to our course would be NUS, NTU, SMU - computing.
In NUS (School of computing) alone, there are various specialisation into gaming, 3D and/or interactivity. In NTU, there's the School of Art Design and Media.
Some of our students are checking out LaSalle College of the Arts and NAFA because they wanted to do more graphics (but of course the programming fundamentals they got from IMI would be a valuable asset to them).
